  • I haven't received my delivery still, what should I do?

First we'd recommend checking the tracking link in your email, where you can find the latest updates on your delivery in just a few clicks. However, if you're not able to find the information you need please contact us so our team can look into this for you.
  • Oh no, I've entered the wrong delivery address!
    No worries - if you'd like to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
  • Help, not everything I ordered is in my delivery!
    If you've ordered a selection of products your order may be spread across multiple boxes. This means that occasionally your order could get split up in transit and your items might arrive across a few days. Please get in touch if you feel the need!
